Incline Village

Lake Tahoe’s only master planned community, Incline Village is full of amenities. Three private beaches open to residents and their guests, two golf courses, a recreation center with an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, and a ski resort with incredible lakeviews! Night life recreators can visit The Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino, or visit the many restaurants available from fine dining to sports bars and grills.

Situated on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, Incline gets the most sunshine and has the greatest views. The average temperatures in the winter vary from 32 to 36 degrees and 75 to 79 degrees in the summer. There are on average 290 days of sunshine each year!

Lake Tahoe has many world class resorts; Squaw Valley, Heavenly, Northstar at Tahoe, Alpine Meadows and many more. So if you feel the need to leave Incline Village, there are many great places to go close by. Plus, the Reno/Tahoe International Airport is about a 40 minute drive, and San Francisco and Napa Valley are about 4 hours away by car.
